ComTech's 2024 Highlights and What's Ahead for
2025

Highlights from 2024
Cybersecurity Events Managed
This year, ComTech managed over 250,000 cybersecurity events, translating into more than 25,000 support tickets. These tickets covered everything from cybersecurity incidents to new user setups and computer replacements. The best part? Zero ransomware events for the second consecutive year! This achievement underscores the ongoing commitment to keeping systems safe and secure.
Maintaining Quick Response Times
Fast response times are crucial, and in 2024, ComTech maintained an average response time of less than one hour. Ensuring prompt service will remain a top priority in 2025.
New Tools and Programs Launched
Client Portal
This year, the Client Portal was introduced, a central hub where clients can:
- Track support tickets
- View invoices
- Access critical support information like holidays
and emergency contact numbers.

FlexTech Program
With Windows 10 reaching End-of-Life in October 2025, many businesses face the challenge of replacing outdated machines. FlexTech is designed to make IT budgeting more manageable while keeping your technology current.
CyberHero Academy
This program empowers employees to become cybersecurity heroes for your business. Through two hours of in-person or virtual training, your team can learn essential skills such as:
- Creating strong passwords
- Recognizing phishing emails
- Browsing the web safely
This training covers everything your employees need to know to keep your business safe.
CONNECT 2024 Success
CONNECT, formerly known as CyberCon, was a resounding success. While a car was not given away like last year's Corvette, the event had a significant impact. Together with our clients, we donated over $50,000 to Little Pink Houses of Hope. The event also featured valuable insights and networking opportunities, continuing our tradition of combining learning with giving back.
