I have NO idea how the maintenance agreements and service charges compare to other vendors in our area. I don't NEED to know. The owner of ComTech is a man who believes in the Golden Rule and expects the same from his staff. It has been my very great pleasure to have been able to count on ComTech for all my computer needs, both business and personal, for over two decades. They always have my business needs in mind first - not their own. I NEVER felt like I was being steered toward any decision about any purchase. You cannot go wrong with ComTech as your IT provider. Of all the vendors my business requires, I say time and again that if every vendor I had was like ComTech, I could have retired YEARS ago. Choosing ComTech is the one business decision I've never had a reason to question.
