Mike, Dirk, Jennifer, Ethan, Tripp, Kaitlyn and the others have gone above and beyond. My ancient phone system was starting to go down periodically so I started exploring my options.
I called ComTech to get a quote and was surprised at the low cost of their plan. I was skeptical of the cloud-based VoIP at first especially since my business depends on our phones to ring to carry out our orders. But when my system went down completely, I had to act fast and the team had me up and running in just a couple hours with a borrowed system from ComTech. Simultaneously a new custom system was ordered for me and overnighted and installed a few days later. I have now been using their system for over a month and couldn’t be happier with the service.
