We're pleased to announce that ComTech has no intention of raising rates in 2024. This decision aligns with our commitment to providing stable and predictable pricing for our clients, even amidst fluctuating economic conditions.
ComTech's Pricing in Previous Years
- 2020: Despite the global challenges, ComTech did not increase rates.
- 2021: As a tech company, we focused on assisting clients with remote work solutions.
- 2022: We managed to lower rates for our phone services by 3 to 10% for all clients.
- 2023: Faced with inflationary pressures, we had to make some rate adjustments for certain services, but these were kept as minimal as possible.
2024: Aiming for Stability
For 2024, our goal is to maintain this approach and avoid any rate increases. We understand the importance of budget stability for our clients and strive to support that.
Implementing an Administrative Fee in 2024
While we are keeping our rates stable, we are introducing an administrative fee to streamline our processes. This fee can be avoided by setting up autopay for various ComTech services via our web portal. This change is aimed at increasing efficiency and eliminating issues like postage costs, payment delays, and lost mail.
Benefits of Autopay Setup
- You Avoid the Fee: The $29 administrative fee will not apply to your account.
- Increased Efficiency: Autopay cuts down on the need for manual check processing and tracking.
- No Change in Payment Schedule: Your payment schedule remains the same; this only changes the method to automatic.
Administrative Fee Begins March 1st, 2024
We encourage clients who haven't set up autopay to do so before March 1st, 2024, when the new administrative fee takes effect. This gives everyone ample time to make the transition.
