They are affordable and I have worked with them for over 10 years. When it comes to medical data I need to have 100% assurance that my data is stored/backed up for medical/legal reasons. ComTech has been in the area for a long time and I trust that stability. Even though there are cheaper companies, they did not have good references. I trusted the other medical providers that were using ComTech at the time and they had much larger medical practices than I had. I made the right choice and have never regretted that decision. I have peace of mind they are there 24/7 if I need them.
