2025 CONNECT Car Giveaway – Official Terms and Conditions

Sponsor: The 2025 Car Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by ComTech Network Solutions, Inc. (“ComTech”), located at 1204 S Main Street, Graham, NC 27253.

1. Eligibility

  • The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Entrants must be a qualified attendee of CONNECT 2025, held on September 26, 2025, at the JB Duke Hotel in Durham, NC. 
  • Up to 2 Qualified attendees per company may attend CONNECT 2025 and be entered to win. Exceptions may be allowed in certain circumstances with ComTech’s permission 
  • Employees of ComTech, their immediate family members, and vendors/sponsors of the event are not eligible to win.
2. How to Enter
 
To be entered into the Giveaway, individuals must:

a) Be approved and confirmed as a qualified attendee by ComTech, and
b) Be present for the full event on September 26, 2025 and present at the time of the drawing. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Prize
  • One winner will receive a 2025 Genesis GV80. Vehicle specifications, features, and color may vary.
  • The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $65,000 USD.
  • The prize is not transferable. No substitution is allowed except at the sponsor’s sole discretion.
  • The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, registration, insurance, and any other costs associated with accepting and operating the vehicle.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
  • The winner will be selected in a random drawing held live at CONNECT 2025.
  • The selected winner must be present at the event during the drawing to claim the prize.
  • If the winner is not present when announced, an alternate winner will be drawn.
  • The winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release before receiving the vehicle.
5. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow ComTech to use their name, photo, and likeness for promotional purposes, without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
ComTech is not responsible for:
  • Any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention;
  • Any injury or damage resulting from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.
7. General Terms
  • ComTech reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time for any reason.
  • All decisions made by ComTech regarding eligibility, winner selection, and all other aspects of the Giveaway are final.
